In most cases, your order will ship within 1-2 working days of your payment being processed and you will recieve an email to let you know when it has been dispatched.
Parcels are shipped Royal Mail 2nd Class with a standard shipping rate of £3.50.
Free UK shipping for orders over £25. These will be sent Royal Mail 2nd Class.
We are currently only shipping to UK addresses.
Parcels usually take 2-3 business days to arrive after dispatch. If you feel your parcel has been lost, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org in the first instance.
We keep proof of postage for all items sent but cannot be held responsible for damages or loss during shipping.
Payments can be made by Paypal or Stripe. You do not need a Paypal account to pay using this method.
All prices are shown in GBP Sterling.

We strive to ensure high quality of images of items for sale, however at times it can be difficult to represent colours accurately.

On selecting products to purchase they are added to your Shopping Basket. In the Shopping Basket you are able to delete items and edit quantities as required.
Once you have filled your Shopping Basket you can then Proceed to Checkout to enter your details and complete your purchase.

We will notify you by email to acknowledge that we have received and are processing your order.
We aim to be able to supply all goods ordered at the prices stated. If we are unable to fulfill this and cannot supply you with the product or service you ordered, we will not process your order, inform you of this in writing (via email) and, if you have already paid for the product or service, refund you in full as soon as reasonably possible.
Fabrics and other items that are cut to order are measured in meters and sold as indicated on the product page.
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase rotary cutters or scissors. By ordering these items and accepting our terms and conditions, you agree you are of the legal age to purchase these products.
From time to time we may have special offers. The codes apply to full-priced items and are valid for the time stated in the promotion. They are not valid with any offers and cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers. To use a promotion code, enter this in the box in the Shopping Basket.
You will find some PDF patterns in the shop. These are available for immediate download after purchase.
You will be able to download your pattern a maximum of 4 times.
The download link will expire within 100 of purchase (don’t worry, this does not mean that the files that have already been downloaded will disappear).
Please do not share the files in any way, doing so is an infringement of copyright.

We hope that you will be very happy with your order however if you do wish to return an item, products can be returned in their original condition (with the below exceptions*) within 14 days for an exchange, store credit or refund. When making a return or exchange, the customer must pay for all shipping costs associated with this. You have a statutory right to a refund if you notify us within 14 days of your intent to return items and return them to us within a further 14 days.
*Exceptions: Items cut to order, books, PDF downloads, personalised items, items where packages/seals have been opened. These items cannot be returned unless faulty.
To return an item for whatever reason, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org in the first instance and we will reply with instructions to follow.
If an item is faulty please contact us via email at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the goods attaching photographs indicating the damage. We will then advise you on how to proceed. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly and make things right. Any shipping costs incurred when returning damaged goods will be reimbursed and replacement goods sent at no extra cost.
Please note: we cannot be held responsible for damages or loss during shipping to you or as part of a return.
Any payments returned will reach you via the same method of payment that the purchase was originally made.
If you wish to cancel your order after placing it but before it has shipped, we may do so at our discretion. Cancelling an order after placing it or requesting substantial changes to an order may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
