WHOLESALE AGREEMENT
GENERAL TERMS OF AGREEMENT
To qualify for wholesale purchases, you must be a valid retail business and by agreeing to our terms and conditions you certify that you are such. You are only authorized to sell through the retail store that you have listed and your store’s direct branded website (no etsy, ebay, amazon or other selling sites permitted). Secondary stores, as well as other website and online sales must receive prior written approval.
Any changes to this policy will be notified in writing to the email address given below. Please keep MAKE! The Lakes notified with any change to these contact details.
ORDER REQUIREMENTS
There is no minimum order.
Lead times may vary depending on stock availability and the hand made and hand packed nature of our products.
Orders should be made via email to makethelakes@gmail.com. Once received it will be reviewed, lead times and shipping costs will be calculated, and an invoice sent.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payments are accepted via Paypal or BACS.
Orders must be pre-paid; we are not able to offer accounts.
You will be emailed an invoice once your order has been reviewed.
Goods will be held for 14 days pending payment after which they may be reallocated to another stockist.
No orders will be processed until full payment is received.
We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time unless prior invoiced.
Refunds are not accepted except in the case of a product fault in which case you should contact MAKE! The Lakes within 5 days of delivery. Any problems with the items must be reported by email and you cannot return goods until a written authorization has been received from MAKE! The Lakes. Goods sent back without one will not be credited.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
The retailer incurs the shipping costs.
Delivery times vary and you will be notified of the delivery schedule on ordering.
Once shipped, responsibility for parcel is with purchaser. MAKE! The Lakes cannot be held responsible for damages or loss during shipping.
PRICING POLICY
Recommended Retail Prices (RRP) will be outlined to you on a Product Line Sheet (or by other arrangement as necessary).
Goods should be sold to consumers between the min. retail price and the max. retail price indicated on the Product Line Sheet. If you are planning a store wide sale for a set time period, it may be acceptable to sell for lower than the min. retail price. Please contact MAKE! The Lakes with the terms of your sale before discounting past the min. sale price.
COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
MAKE! The Lakes holds the copyright for its products. The website, designs, products, images and content within are protected by copyright and intellectual property law and may not be reproduced in any form without the express written consent of MAKE! The Lakes. You hereby agree not to reprint, post, or copy (including electronic or digital scans) any photography, sales materials, or product designs without the advance, express written consent of MAKE! The Lakes.
PRIVACY POLICY
Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of MAKE! The Lakes. MAKE! The Lakes does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products.
